OverOwned LLC ("OverOwned") offers a Season Pass as a limited-supply, time-bounded digital product. Because supply is fixed and access is granted immediately upon purchase, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both buyers and the broader OverOwned community.
You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following are true:
To request a refund under this policy, email support@overowned.io from the email address used at purchase, with the subject line "Refund Request" and your order number (found in your Stripe receipt). Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Each Season Pass is one of a strictly limited number of seats. When you purchase a Season Pass, you reserve a seat that is no longer available to other buyers. A refund made after sign-in or after the seat has been used does not allow us to recover and resell the seat fairly. The 24-hour pre-sign-in window gives you a meaningful chance to reconsider while preserving the integrity of the limited drop.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or card provider without first contacting us, when a resolution under this policy was available, may result in:
If the Service experiences a substantial outage during your access period (defined as more than 72 consecutive hours of unavailability of core features), we will at our discretion either (a) extend your access period by the duration of the outage, or (b) issue a pro-rata refund. Brief outages, planned maintenance, and degraded performance during peak slate times do not qualify under this clause.
